ACA International The California Association of Collectors is the state affiliate (unit) association that represents third party collectors having offices in California. Members of CAC also hold a membership (dual membership is mandatory) with ACA International, which began in 1939 and is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A dual membership provides a host of free and low-cost services including insurance, notice review, and industry statistics and publications.
